Jet Aircraft Maintenance & Modifications: From line maintenance and power by the hour programs for fleet operators to heavy scheduled maintenance service for most Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus 300/319/320 and Lockheed C-130 Aircrafts.Engineering: Timco is designated Alteration Station with over 140 FAA STC's accomplished to date. Supporting Airframe OEM's, Avionics OEM's and Aircraft operators with Design Certification and Installation Engineering Services. Timco also produces modification Installation Kits for use by operators and other third party service providers. Timco Installation Kits are complete with all parts, hardware, step-by-step installation process instructions and approved drawings.

Aircraft Systems: From a program volume standpoint, the majority of TIMCO's Modification work centers around modification of aircraft systems. Some examples of Systems Modifications include: Satcom retrofits, ACARS/CMU installations, TCAS, GPS & FMS, Windshear, HF datalink, Weather radar, EFIS and flight deck upgrades, Camera installations, Antenna Installations and In-Flight Entertainment Systems.

Aircraft Painting: Aircraft Strip and Painting Facility, Scuff, Sand and Painting Services. Providing full service jet transport aircraft exterior refinishing services on Aircraft up to MD-11 category. Timco facility is capable for Head of State / VIP Quality exterior refinishing.

Flight Control Repair & Parts Manufacturing: Timco back shops support aircraft repair operations by providing composite component repair and overhaul as well as PMA and one of aircraft parts manufacturing. Fully provisioned with autoclaves, computer operated CNC milling and cutting machines, as well as digitizing equipment and water jet cutting machine. Self-Sufficient when it comes to fabrication and repair of airframe parts, flight controls and components.
